I want to offer our guests everything from a garlic flavoured West Coast fish soup to crisp plaice to classically prepared turbot with horseradish and brown butter. We select the shellfish each morning from the quayside which is located only 200 metres from here. The dishes are served with love and care, spiced with Göteborg's humour in a cosy historic setting, where the open fireplace blazes on cold winter evenings.
