Our lunch is served Monday to Friday 11.30- 2 PM. The lunch menu updates daily and is being shown at the latest 10 am each day. We always recommend to pre- book your table, welcome to our food temple!

Swedish bleak roe from Kalix with cream cheese filled toast 175:-

Prawns in dill mayonnaise with trout roe and butter fried toast 130:-

Beef Carpaccio with roasted pepper, artichoke and Manchego 165:-

Pan fried tuna with soy-glace and salad of fennel and sprout 155:-

Poached sole with lobster, green asparagus, prawn- and herb salad, and a potato croquette 395:- 

Pan fried turbot with guinea fowl vinaigrette, truffle stewed cauliflower and Pommes Anna 295:-

Deep fried cod with lobster aioli, salad of onion, spinach and herbs, and boiled potatoes 215:-

Warm poached salmon with hollandaise sauce, pickled cucumber and boiled potatoes 165:-

Ox tail stem with pickled onion, mushrooms and potato purée 165:-
